Mr. Pungalia, the learned advocate appearing for respondent No.2 makes a statement that respondent No.2 shall drop petitioner No.3 from the complaint. The statement of the learned advocate is accepted. Petitioner No.3 is dropped from the complaint at R.C.C. No.0401712 of 2013 pending in the Court of the Judicial Magistrate, First Class, 9th Court, Pune. 2.

In view of the statement, Mr. Mohite, the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the petition. The petition is allowed to be withdrawn. All contentions of the parties on merits are kept open.
