We are of the opinion that the proceedings regarding the dispute which is a service against the respondent/employer would be maintainable before the Central Administrative Tribunal under the provisions of the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985.

We accordingly dispose of this petition with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Central Administrative Tribunal. 5.
