k 2/2 30 ia 465.23 in wp as.doc Under the impugned order the Petitioner was transferred to the State of Jammu & Kashmir. He approached this Court. This Court had passed an order of statusquo.

Now as the Petitioner/Applicant is ready to get the posting at Leh, Kargil and Silchar. He shall make an Application/representation to the Department in that regard. The Department may decide the same on its own merits, in accordance with law and policy, as early as possible preferably within three months.

The Writ Petition is disposed of.

In view of the disposal of the Petition, the above Interim Application also stands disposed of.
