The applicant had preferred an application for anticipatory bail before this Court which was numbered as Anticipatory Bail Application No.1247 of 2018. The applicant is apprehending arrest in connection with CR No.10 of 2014 registered with Saki Naka Police Station for offences under Sections 420, 406, 504, 506(2) r/w Section 34 of Indian Penal Code. The applicant was heard by Sessions Court on 19th September 2018 and interim protection was refused. Pursuant to that the applicant had preferred present application, which was heard and interim relief was granted on 24th September 2018. The said interim relief was extended from time to time. The application pending before the Sessions Court is due for hearing tomorrow.

For the reasons stated, this anticipatory bail application can be disposed of with direction that the interim protection granted vide order dated 24th September 2018 shall continue till final disposal of Anticipatory Application No.1247 of 2018 pending before Sessions Court. Criminal Anticipatory Bail Application No.1964 of 2018 is disposed off. Criminal Application No.1543 of 2018 does not survive and stands disposed off as such.
