Learned A.P.P. on instructions from Chandrakant Kadam, Jailor, Nashik Central Prison, submitted that, the Competent Authority will reconsider the application of Petitioner for furlough leave as per the Circular dated 17th August 2022 issued by the Additional Director General of Police and the Inspector General of Prisons, Maharashtra State, Pune. The said statement is accepted.

In view thereof, Order dated 25.05.2022 passed by the Competent Authority is set aside.
