DATED : 20th OCTOBER, 2022 P.C:- The learned APP was asked to ascertain the statement made by the learned counsel for the applicant on 17/10/2022. On verification, he states that an amount of Rs.Eight lakhs was credited in the account of the complainant on 4/2/2022.

The above statement falsify the claim of the applicant as contained in the application that the applicant assured him to provide the hand-loan and for which he asked him to sign certain documents, but despite expiry of period of five months, the amount of hand-loan was not transferred by the applicant.

2/3 14 ABA 2876-22.doc In the wake of the aforesaid investigation being carried out, the Investigating Officerm Mr.S.B.Barela, who is present in the Court, the learned APP makes a statement that the custodial interrogation of the applicant is not necessary. Hence, the following order :-

O R D E R

(a) In the event of their arrest, the Applicant no.1 Ravi Vyankatesh Kokkula and applicant no.2 Ganesh Barnal Dornal in connection of C.R.No.237/2022 registered with Bhiwandi City police station shall be released on bail on furnishing P.R. bond to the extent of Rs.25,000/- each with one or two sureties of the like amount. (b) The applicants shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with facts of case so as to dissuade him from disclosing the facts to Court or any Police Officer and should not tamper with evidence.

(c) The Applicants shall mark their attendance with the Investigating Officer on 1st and 2nd November 2022 between 2.00 pm to 5.00 pm and thereafter as and when required by the Investigating Officer.
