Learned A.P.P. on instructions from Jailor, Yerwada Central Prison, Pune submitted that, the application for furlough leave dated 20.10.2021 preferred by Petitioner will be reconsidered by the Competent Authority as per the Circular dated 17th August 2022 issued by Additional Director General of Police and the Inspector General of Prisons, Maharashtra State, Pune.

The said statement is accepted.

In view thereof, Orders dated 17.02.2022 and 18.07.2022 passed by both the authorities are set aside and the application dated 20.10.2021 is remanded to the Competent Authority of it consideration afresh. 3.
