Accordingly, the impugned order dated 27-6-2013 passed by the Hon'ble Central Administrative Tribunal, Bombay Bench in Miscellaneous Application No.425 of 2013 in O.A. No.600 of 2011 is set aside so as to allow hearing and disposal of O.A. No.600 of 2011 on its own merits after affording opportunity of hearing to the parties. The petition is disposed of in the above terms.
