"A) Whether the Appellate Court failed to consider the certificate issued under Section 32 M of Bombay Tenancy And Agricultural Land Act at the time of deciding the Appeal filed by the respondent defendant?

B) Whether the plaintiffs are entitled declaration and injunction restraining the defendants from disturbing his possession over the suit property.

C) Whether the plaintiffs proved that suit property was handed over to the defendants as Licensee?"
