By a reasoned order dated 06.10.2017, the Applicant was granted interim relief on his submission that he will repay the consideration of Rs.7,50,000/- to the first informant within a period of four weeks from 06.10.2017. Learned Counsel for the Applicant submitted that the Applicant had repaid a sum of Rs.1,25,000/- to the first informant/Respondent No.2. As Applicant could not repay the balance amount of Rs.6,25,000/- in cash, he has executed a Sale Deed of two plots of land bearing Plot Nos. 80 and 81 totally admeasuring 185.92 sq. meters in favour of the first informant by a registered Sale Deed dated 06.11.2017. Copy of the said Sale Deed is tendered on record. Learned Counsel for the Respondent No.2/first informant concedes to the Sneha Chavan 1/2
6 aba 1761-17=.doc said factual aspect and submitted that he has no further grievance with the Applicant and his client has received the possession of the said properties. In view thereof, interim relief granted by order dated 06.10.2017 is hereby confirmed.
