The applicant is informed to be custodian of a minor child. At the behest of applicant, already proceedings under the DV Act being Criminal MA No.136 of 2018 are pending on the file of Judicial Magistrate First Class, Ulhasnagar. In the aforesaid background, it is claimed that if the proceedings initiated by the non-applicant being Marriage Petition No.505 of 2021 for dissolution of marriage are not transferred, applicant will suffer hardship.

The aforesaid contentions are not controverted. 3.

That being so, ground of hardship is established. 4.
