This Writ Petition is filed for direction to the Liquidation Committee to consider the proposal of the Petitioner under Deposit Matching Scheme. 2.

The learned Counsel for the Petitioner states that there are some mistakes in the proposal and he would be submitting a fresh proposal within a period of two weeks. We permit the Petitioner to make a fresh proposal under Deposit Matching Scheme within two weeks from today. 3.

The learned AGP states that the Liquidation Committee would consider the fresh proposal of the Petitioner as per its turn and submit it to the learned Amicus Curiae for final approval, if such proposal is made within two weeks from today.
