Perused the order dated 20th January, 2015 passed by this Court as well as report submitted by the Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, 37th Court, Esplanade, Mumbai and Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, 47th Court, Esplanade, Mumbai. So far as criminal case No.1698 of 2000 is concerned, the same is pending before the Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, 47th Court, Esplanade. The report further shows that the discharge applications are still pending. The report also shows that Spl.PP has filed an application for clubbing all the cases Shubhada S Kadam 1/2
Sr.No.8 Appw 468.14 together. Thus the C.C.No.1698/P/200 along with other applications viz. application for clubbing all cases and applications for discharge are still pending. Considering the the proceedings are old, we direct the Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, 47th Court, Esplanade to decide the application for clubbing all cases expeditiously and preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of this order and applications for discharge thereafter be decided within a period of six months.

So far as criminal case Nos. 1220/P of 1991 and 1697/P of 1191 are concerned, the report of the Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Esplanade shows that the trial has already been commenced. Considering that the said cases are old, we direct the learned Magistrate to dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of one year from the date of receipt of this order. 4.
