1] Heard learned counsel for applicant and learned APP. 2] Application is for grant of temporary bail on the medical grounds. Mr. Kapadnis, learned APP placed on record report dated 14.11.2017, submitted by Yerwada Central Prison. The report shows that the applicant is suffering from Pulmonary Tuberculosis. He is given treatment in anti-TB, AKT Cat-I, since 05.09.2016. The report is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. 3] It appears that there are no major complaints and the 1/2
