By an order dated 13.10.2017 the Applicant was granted interim relief and was directed to attend the Investigating Officer on the stipulated dates. The record indicates that the Applicant has complied with the said directions. As noted earlier, except the alleged offence under section 452 of the Indian Penal Code, rest of the offences are bailable in nature.

In view thereof, for further investigation of the present crime, custodial interrogation of the Applicant is not necessary. 3.

Interim relief granted by an order dated 13.10.2017 is hereby confirmed. However, the condition to attend the Investigating

Application is allowed in aforesaid terms.
