Wankhede, CBI, Unit-3, Kalyan, submitted that, the investigation of the present crime i.e. CR No.703 of 2022 registered with Manpada Police Station, Thane City was transferred to Crime Branch, Unit-3, Kalyan for further investigation. That, after completion of investigation, the concerned Agency has filed chargesheet in the Court of competent jurisdiction on 30th November 2022 and the same is now been numbered as Criminal Case No. 840 of 2022. 2.

In view of above, learned counsel for the Petitioner on instructions seeks leave to withdraw present Petition unconditionally. Leave granted.
