Heard Mr. Kanojia, the learned Counsel for the applicant. 2.

The learned Counsel submits that the appellant - applicant has deposited the entire amount of compensation along with the interest accrued thereon, before the Tribunal on 8th December, 2021, though by order dated 20th October, 2021, the said amount was required to be deposited on or before 17th November, 2021. Time to deposit the amount of compensation stands extended till 8th December, 2021.
