2. Mr. Sharma, learned Advocate submitted that he shall now be representing Petitioner Nos.3, 4, 10 and 12. The said Petitioners are arrayed as Respondent Nos.10, 11, 12 and 13 in the Interim Application filed by the applicant. Transposition of the said Petitioners is therefore, permitted by the Court. The original Petitioner Nos.3, 4, 10 and 12 shall now be transposed as Respondent Nos.10, 11, 12 and 13 in the Writ petition. With the above direction, Interim Application

1- W.P. 4286-2021.doc stands disposed of. Necessary amendment be carried out within a period of one week from today. The serial numbers of the Petitioners shall be numbered sequentially after transposition of the above four Petitioners as Respondents. Reverification is dispensed with. Copy of amended cause title will be served upon the Respondents.

3. Mr. Sharma undertakes to file Vakalatnama on behalf of the above Respondents Nos.10 to 13 within period of two weeks. In the meanwhile, if any ad-interim order has been granted earlier, the same shall be continued.

4. Stand over to 24th January, 2023.
