Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. By this petition, petitioner challenges the order dated 19.10.2011 passed by Jt. Civil Judge, Junior Division, Miraj below Exhibit-50 in Regular Civil Suit No.16 of 2009 rejecting plaintiff's application for injunction restraining the respondent defendant no.1 from interfering into the joint possession of the plaintiff in land block No.828 and order dated 17.7.2013 passed by learned District Judge-3 Sangli in Misc.Civil Appeal No.219 of 2011 by which Trial Court's order is confirmed.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that Trial Court kept Regular Civil Suit No.16 of 2009 for judgment. In view of Mohite 1/2
