This appeal is preferred by defendant no.1 and defendant no.6 challenging the decree dated 27.03.2014 passed by Bombay City Civil Court at Bombay in suit no. 7651 of 1985 (High Court No. 1586 of 1985) holding that the plaintiffs are entitled to sum of Rs.5,60,000/- with 6% interest per annum from the date of filing of the suit till realisation of amount.
The learned Counsel for the appellants submits that the respondents plaintiffs also preferred the First Appeal no. 1261 of 2014 challenging the impugned Judgment and Decree passed by the Trial Court. That First Appeal was admitted by this Court on 24.07.2015. Sneha Chavan 1/2

a) ADMIT.
b) Appellant is directed to file private paper book within one year from today, failing which, First Appeal shall stand dismissed without referring back to the court.
