By this civil application, the applicant seeks recall of the order dated 7th October,2015 dismissing the miscellaneous civil application for default. No affidavit in reply is filed by the respondent. For the reasons recorded in the civil application, order dated 7th October,2015 is recalled. Miscellaneous Civil Application No.218 of 2013 is restored to file. Civil application is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. Interim orders which were in force in the Miscellaneous Civil Application No.218 of 2013 are also restored to file. Place the Miscellaneous Civil Application on board for hearing and final disposal on 11th January, 2016. No order as to costs.
