It is an application to bring the legal representatives of deceased respondent No.5A on record, who died on 12th May, 2018. Condonation of delay of 45 days caused in preferring this application is also sought.

Heard learned Counsel for the parties.

The sufficient cause is shown for condoning delay. The appeal is at the per-admission stage. The civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses [A] and [C]. Consequential amendments be carried out within a period of two weeks from today.
