Mr. Gupte, learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to file discharge application before the learned Sessions Court, as the charge-sheet is already filed. Leave with liberty as prayed for is granted. 2.

In the event, such discharge application is preferred by the petitioner within a period of 3 weeks from today, the same shall be Uday S. Jagtap

The Writ Petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. It is made clear that all the points and contentions are kept open.
