The above Interim Application is filed seeking certain amendments to the above Writ Petition.
Having heard Mr.Dhakephalkar, the learned Senior Counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioners as well as the learned AGP for the State, we allow the above Interim Application in terms of prayer clause (a) which reads thus:-
"a:The Hon'ble Court be pleased to permit the Applicants to amend the captioned petition as per Schedule A hereto allow and grant the Amendment to seek the additional interim and final reliefs and allow the Applicant to amend the captioned Writ Petition as mentioned in Schedule-A hereto."
The amendments shall be carried out within a period of one week from today and the amended copy of the Writ Petition shall be served on the learned AGP within a period of one week thereafter. The State is permitted to file its affidavit in reply to the amended Petition within a period of two weeks from the date of service of the amended copy of the Petition on the learned AGP. The above Interim Application is accordingly disposed of. However, there shall be no order as to costs. List the above Writ Petition for ad-interim reliefs on 11th June, 2024.
The parties are put to notice that though the Writ Petition will be shown under the caption for ad-interim reliefs, we may proceed to dispose of the Writ Petition itself on the next date. The ad-interim order passed earlier shall continue until further orders.
This order will be digitally signed by the Private Secretary/ Personal Assistant of this Court. All concerned will act order.
