The above Civil Application has been filed seeking condonation of delay of 19 days in filing the Review Petition. The review is of the order dated 01.09.2015 passed in the above Writ Petition No.7728 of 2015. By the said order, the above Writ Petition was dismissed in limini and thereby the order of attachment before judgment passed by the Trial Court came to be confirmed. Having regard to the grounds on which review is sought, no case for exercise of review jurisdiction in any of the eventualities mentioned in Order XLVII of the CPC is made out. Hence, BGP.

(15)-CAO-85-16.doc there is no warrant to condone the delay in filing the Review Petition. The Civil Application is accordingly rejected. In view of the rejection of the Civil Application, the Review Petition which suffers from the said delay of 19 days does not survive for consideration and to accordingly stand disposed of.
