The learned counsel for the Applicant submitted that in furtherence of Order dated 12.10.2017 and the Consent Terms, the Applicant has executed Sale Deed in favour of Respondent No.2 within the stipulated period. The learned counsel for the Respondent No.2 admits the execution of said documents.

In view thereof, the interim relief granted by Order dated 12.10.2017 is hereby confirmed. Application is allowed in the aforesaid terms.
