The learned counsel for the Applicants has alleged that the Respondent-Institution has not paid salary to the Applicants since May, 2015. The learned counsel for the RespondentInstitution submits that since the Institution is suffering from financial difficulties, payment will be made, however, six months' time be granted to make the payment of arrears. He submits that so far as the monthly salary is concerned that will be paid positively every month.

13-CAW-3109-2015 Having regard to the aforesaid submission, we direct Respondent-Institution to pay arrears of salary to the Applicants within a period of six months from today. So far as the monthly salary is concerned, the Respondent/Institution shall pay the same to the Applicants on or before 5th of every month starting from May, 2016.

Civil Application, accordingly, stands disposed of. The Petition is adjourned to 23.6.2016.
