Learned Senior Counsel for the Respondent-Corporation has pointed out paragraph no. 3 of the Afdavit-in-Reply fled by Mr. Sambhaji Laxman Ghag, Assistant Commissioner, M West dated 5th April, 2018, wherein it is stated that the ofce of the Respondent-Corporation has never obstructed nor has taken any action against the Petitioner and therefore RespondentCorporation has not committed any act of contempt of this Hon'ble Court.

Learned AGP has pointed out paragraph no. 10 of the Afdavit-in-Reply dated 21st December, 2018 fled by Shri. AKN 1/2
2/2 14.CP.508.2017 .doc Jayprakash Madhukar Bhosale, Senior Inspector, Chembur Police Station wherein it is stated that the Petitioner has never been obstructed from selling handkerchiefs and purses as permitted by this Hon'ble Court.
