Heard Mr.Sunil Devnani, the applicant appearing in person and Mr.Haresh Bhojwani, the Power of Attorney Holder of respondents No.1 to 4 appearing in person, at length.

By this Civil Application, the applicant has prayed for issuing directions to the respondents to release the articles of the applicant lying in the suit premises at the earliest. After arguing the application for quite some time, the parties have arrived at consensus in the following terms:
[i] The applicant assures that within one week from today he will pay Rs.8,000/- (@ Rs.2,000/- per month for June to September, 2018) by way of Pay

In view thereof, Civil Application is disposed of in the aforesaid terms with no order as to costs. Order accordingly.
