Learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner states that after completing the investigation into the subject FIR, the police have filed "C-Summary" report and therefore the Petitioner has instructed him to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to adopt appropriate proceedings to challenge the said report. He accordingly seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to adopt appropriate proceedings to challenge the said CSummary report. Leave with liberty as prayed for is granted. Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
