2] Both the Petitions are disposed off as withdrawn. 3] In view of disposal of the Petitions, nothing survives in the Civil Applications and are accordingly disposed off. 4] In view of para No.4 of Order dated 1st March 2019, the petitioners and Smt.Sulabha Punekar who was 5th Appellant in Appeal from Order (St.) No. 1565 of 2016 are permitted to withdraw the amount deposited by the respondent No.4 as per their entitlement, without any interest accrued thereon. Petitioners are permitted to give the list of their entitlement to the Registry.
