Heard Mr. Patil for the petitioners. Perused the writ petition and the annexures thereto. Since the elections are scheduled on 27-11-2016, we do not think that we should interfere in writ jurisdiction, particularly when the petitioners have an alternate equally efficacious remedy of disputing the election results. While disputing them, they can raise all pleas including highlighting the errors in the voters' list. The writ petition is dismissed with the above observations. (B.P. COLABAWALLA, J.) (S.C.
