Learned Counsel for the Applicant, on instructions, submits that this Application can be disposed of by permitting the Applicant to remain present through video conferencing before the Court of Civil Judge, Senior Division, Pune in the Divorce proceedings filed by the Respondent-husband, on dates when her physical presence is not required and on dates when her physical presence is required, the Respondent to pay for the reasonable travel expenses. 2.

Mr.Pote, learned Counsel for the Respondent, has no objection if the Application is disposed with the said order. avk 1/2

Accordingly, this Application stands disposed with direction to the Court of Civil Judge, Senior Division, Pune to allow the Applicant to remain present through video conferencing in the subject Marriage Petition No.893 of 2020 on dates when her physical presence is not required, upon an Application made in that behalf. On dates when her physical presence is required, the Applicant will travel to the Court of Civil Judge, Senior Division, Pune and the Respondent to provide for reasonable travel expenses in advance.
