Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the Applicants and the learned APP for the Respondent No.1. In view of averments made in the Application, a case for restoration of the Criminal Application is made out, which was dismissed for non-prosecution. 2.

Accordingly, the Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) to (c). In view of order dated 26 September 2014, issue notice of restored Application No.899 of 2014 to the second
