The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was appointed on compassionate ground as a Peon in primary section of respondent no.5 and subsequently, was absorbed as a Peon in secondary section. The proposals are submitted, however, the same are not decided by the Education Officer. 2.

Smt. Bhende, learned AGP accepts service of notice for respondent nos. 1, 2 and 3.

In case the proposals seeking approval to the appointment and the absorption of the petitioner (Exhibit E and Exhibit H, page 29 and 35 respectively) are pending with the Education Officer, then the Education Officer shall decide the same on its own merits in accordance with law and policy, expeditiously, preferably within 6 months.
