The above Misc. Civil Application is filed by the Applicant wife under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 seeking transfer of Petition No. A 1502 of 2015 filed by the Respondent husband before the Family Court, Bandra, Mumbai to Family Court, Pune.

Admittedly, both the parties are residing at Pune. The Applicant wife cannot be put inconvenience by the Respondent husband, who is residing at Pune by filing Petition No. A 1502 of 2015 before the Family Court, Bandra, Mumbai. In view thereof, the following order is passed :

i.

The learned Principal Judge, Family Court at Bandra, Mumbai is directed to transmit the papers and proceedings of Petition No. A 1502 of 2015 filed by the Respondent to the Family Court, Pune.

The parties as well as the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Bandra, Mumbai and the Principal Judge, Family Court, Pune to act on an authenticated copy of this order.

iii.

Both the parties shall appear before the Family Court, Pune on 21st August, 2017 at 11.00 a.m. and obtain appropriate directions / orders. iv.

The above Misc. Civil Application is disposed off in the aforesaid terms, with no order as to costs.
