This application under Section 24 of C.P.C.

seeks transfer of Hindu Marriage Petition No. 593 of 2013 pending in the Court of Civil Judge, Senior Division, Kalyan to the Family Court at Nashik. The applicant wife has filed Petition No. A-504 of 2013 under Section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act, which is pending in the Family Court at Nashik. The husband is attending the proceedings at Nashik. The convenience of the wife is required to been seen. Hence, both the matter can be tagged together and tried in the Court at Nashik.

In the result, the application is allowed. The Hindu Marriage Petition No. 592 of 2013

mca55.15.odt pending in the Court of Civil Judge, Senior Division at Kalyan is transferred to the Family Court at Nashik, to be tried with Petition No. A-504 of 2013. .

The dates in the matter shall as far as possible be as per the convenience of the respondent.
