ORDER :

The Petitioner has prayed for condonation of delay of two months in submitting an application for compassionate appointment with Respondent No.1 as otherwise he is eligible to be appointed on compassionate ground. There is no issue even on that except the delay based upon the Government Circular dated 11 September 1996 (G.R.No.Akampa/1095/Pra.Kr.34-A/8).

On hearing the learned Counsel for the parties and considering the reasons so given in the petition and the judgment of the Division Bench of this Court so referred and relied upon by the Petitioner in Writ Petition No.10207 of 2010 dated 9 November 2011, in the interest of justice we are inclined to condone the delay as prayed. There is no dispute that he had attained majority in the year 2007. However, we direct the Respondents to consider the Petitioner's application for adding his name in the wait list candidates for appointment on compassionate ground. 3.
