After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this petition with liberty to file reply to the show cause notice dated 19.8.2016 Exh. C before the Collector, Pune within one week. Having considered the aforesaid submissions, we are inclined to allow the petitioner to withdraw this petition with liberty to the petitioner to file reply to the show cause notice before respondent no.2 within one week from today. In case reply is filed within one week from today, respondent no.2 shall consider the same and pass appropriate reasoned order on it. With the aforesaid directions, petition is disposed of.
