The Petitioner by this Petition challenges the order dated 9th September, 2015 passed by Respondent No.1, the Joint Divisional Registrar Co-operative Societies Kolhapur Division, Kolhapur condoning the delay. Admittedly no reasons have been given by the Respondent No.1 while condoning the delay. In this view of the matter by consent of the parties the order dated 9th September, 2015 passed by the Respondent No.1 condoning the delay is quashed and set aside. The Respondent No.1 shall hear and decide the

WP.11047/2015(105) application for condonation of delay in Revision Application No. 90 of 2015 filed by the present Respondent No.2 on its own merits afresh. The Writ Petition is disposed of. 2.

The parties are directed to appear before Respondent No.1 on 17th October, 2016 at 3 p.m along with the copy of this order.
