Learned APP appearing for the appellant has tendered across the bar a report of Superintendent of Kolhapur Central Prison, Kalamba, Kolhapur which is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. 2.

On perusal of the contents of the application filed by the petitioner, it appears that the petitioner wanted to take benefit of the provisions of Juvenile Justice Act, 2015 in respect of sentence awarded to him. 3.

Upon perusal of the report submitted by the learned APP, it appears that the the petitioner has undergone his sentence and has been released from jail on 28.10.2016. In that view of the matter, in our opinion, Ethape
