Learned APP appearing for the respondent/State has tendered across the bar a report of Mr. S. S. Kamble, Jail Officer, Yerawada Central Prison, Pune. The same is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. 2.

The request of the petitioner before concerned Authority was for transfering him to open prison. The report submitted by the APP indicates that the petitioner has been transferred to the open prison on 30.03.2022. In that view of the matter nothing further survives for consideration in the present writ petition. Hence, writ petition stands disposed of. 3.
