The sole grievance raised in this writ petition is that though the Petitioner's claim for verification of his tribe claim is pending before Respondent No.2 since 2013, the same is not being decided.

In above facts and circumstances, we deem it convenient to dispose of this petition by directing Respondent No.2-Committee to decide the Petitioner's tribe claim as expeditiously as possible and preferably within the period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Ordered accordingly.

It is made clear that this Court has not gone into merits of the matter and all points and contentions of the patilsr 1 / 2

respective parties are kept open.
