Heard learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner and the learned AGP for the Respondents. The learned AGP is right in submitting that unless the alleged mistake in the order of the State Government is corrected, the Petitioner cannot get any relief.

Hence, we dispose of the Petition by permitting the Petitioner to make an appropriate Application for correcting the mistake in the order of the State Government before the State Government.
