Learned counsel for the First Respondent states that though it is not admitted that the Applicants are necessary and proper parties, however, he has no objection for the Applicants being arrayed as Respondents to the writ petition. 2.

In this view of the matter, the civil application is allowed. The Applicants be arrayed as Respondents to the writ
