P.C.:

1.

The Rejection of the application for parole filed by the petitioner before the Competent Authority is challenged. Upon perusal of the order passed by the concerned Authority, it appears that the application filed by the petitioner to release him on parole was rejected on account of the police report received, which was not favourable. 2.

The cause of action to file the application/petition accrued in the year 2014. Upon perusal of the reason recorded in the order and submissions made by the learned APP, we are of the opinion that one of the condition that the police report should be favourable was not met. Therefore, the application was rightly turned down by the concerned Ethape D.A.

2/2 30-WP-4232-2014.doc Authority.

3.
