Learned Counsel for the respondent - husband has filed an affidavit dated 1st April, 2019 affirmed by the respondent wherein he states that he has 'no objection' for transfer of the Hindu Marriage Petition bearing No. 88 of 2017 from the Court of Civil Judge (Senior Division) Kalyan to the Family Court at Aurangabad.

In the light of this affidavit, the present Petition is allowed in terms of prayer Clause (a).
