Heard. I have gone through the contents of the Interim Application. Case is made out to allow this Interim Application. The Interim Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a), (b) and (c). Apart from the proposed Respondent Nos.1-A(i) and Respondent No.1-A (ii), Respondent No.3 be also shown as the legal heirs of the deceased Respondent No.1-A. 4.

The amendment to be carried out within two weeks from today.
