Learned Counsel for the applicants have tendered a copy of the order dated 3rd August, 2017, passed by this Court (Coram:Ranjit More & Sarang V. Kotwal,JJ.) in Criminal Application No.797 of 2017. She submits that as the FIR has been quashed, nothing survives for consideration in this application.

The applicants herein, had filed an application seeking

2/2 29-aba.1836.2016.doc quashing of the FIR being C.R.No.381 of 2016, registered with the Samta Nagar Police Station, Mumbai, for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 498A, 406, 509, 506(II) r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code. 3.

It appears that respondent no.2 herein, had filed an affidavit in the said Application being Criminal Application No.797 of 2017 giving her no objection for quashing of the FIR. In view of the same, the Division Bench of this Court allowed the application and quashed the FIR. 4.

In view of the quashing of the FIR, nothing survives for consideration in the aforesaid application. The same is accordingly disposed of.
