The Petitioner is already prosecuting the proceedings before the Apex Grievance Redressal Committee being aggrieved by the order dated 25 November 2021 passed by the Tahsildar-1 (Special Desk), Slum Rehabilitation Authority and such proceedings are pending.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner has rightly seeks leave to withdraw this writ petition to prosecute such pending proceedings.

The petition is allowed to be withdrawn as prayed for. 4.

All contentions of the Petitioner are expressly kept open. 5.
